Off Track VR (“we”, “our”, “us”) is developed by Black Loop Games and published on the Meta Quest Store. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Internet Connection Requirement
Some versions of Off Track VR require an active internet connection for multiplayer gameplay, voice chat, in-app purchases, and certain personalized features.
2. Data We Collect & How We Use It
We collect only the data needed to provide the game’s features and improve your experience.
A. Oculus User ID
- What we collect: Your Oculus User ID (provided by the Meta platform).
- Why we collect it:
- To identify you in multiplayer sessions.
- To maintain your racing stats.
- To customize in-game content based on your purchases.
B. In-App Purchase Data
- What we collect:
- Purchased item identifiers (SKU or product ID)
- Transaction details (purchase receipt, timestamp)
- Your Oculus User ID (linked to the purchase)
- Why we collect it:
- To verify purchases.
- To provide or unlock purchased content.
- To restore purchases when you reinstall or change devices.
C. Multiplayer & Voice Chat
- What we collect:
- Voice chat audio data (processed in real-time for communication, not stored).
- Session information (room IDs, player list, connection details).
- Why we collect it:
- To connect you with other players in peer-to-peer matchmaking.
- To allow real-time voice communication during gameplay.
- To enable features like muting your mic, muting others, creating private sessions with passwords, or leaving/joining sessions.
- What we don’t collect:
- We do not store or record voice chat audio.
- We do not process private messages between players.
- No transactions take place between users.
3. Data Storage & Retention
- Purchase records and user IDs are stored securely.
- Voice chat data is processed in real-time and is not stored.
- Data is kept only as long as necessary to fulfill game functionality or as required by law.
4. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Oculus User ID, purchase records, or multiplayer session data by contacting us at:

Please note: Deleting certain data may remove access to purchased content, stats, or multiplayer features.
